Oh my great goodness, my arms are so sore right now. Jiminy Christmas. I've upped the weight for just about everything, and next time I'll see if I can up the repetitions for the crunches or push-ups. I'll have to go running on Friday and Saturday to keep up with the four days a week thing. Wish me luck!
