Exer-Wednesday!
Apr. 9th, 2008 06:27 pmLat Pulldown: 60 lbs.
Seated Row: 60 lbs.
Straight Arm Pushdown: 30 lbs.
Preacher Curl: 20 lbs.
Time: 32 minutes
Distance: 3.00 miles
Top Speed: 6.5 mph
Calories: 311
They were down to one treadmill for a while, which made things kind of hair in our apartment complex. After a while you start to bump into the regulars. We all smile and nod at each other, but never really say anything. Most of us are wearing iPods while jogging or waiting for the treadmill to open up. Still, it feels like we're in a club of some sort; if I saw the small Asian lady who kicks ass on the 'mill for 45 minutes a day in trouble, I'd go out of my way to help her, no hesitation.
Anyway, they fixed the other treadmill, which was my favorite. It's one of the reasons the calorie meter is so 'short' this time, if you keep track of that sort of thing. I really had to fight for those three miles, too. I thought I wasn't going to make it, but then I did in the nick of time. :)
More to talk about, but perhaps later. I have a lot to do tonight and not enough time to do it in!
