I know it's insipid, and shallow, and terrible...but this song won't get out of my head. Ryan and I heard it in the gym a few weeks ago and it's seriously grown on me. Sorry. :)

mut ran with me (it's good practice for when we get a puppy of our very own). We also did back and biceps weight training exercises. I can't remember their names, but I did 30 lbs. on the pulley one, and 30 lbs. on the collarbone one, 45 lbs. on the two-triangle one and 20 lbs. on the biceps curl thing. Real weightlifters will probably snicker at those, but we all have to start somewhere. My back feels nice and loose, but my arms are jelly. I also did chest and triceps exercises yesterday.
In other news, there is a God, and it's proven by the fact that Radiohead's new CD In Rainbows is available for purchase through iTunes. If that isn't proof of a benevolent diety, I'm not sure what is. ;)
