Today was a little rough, but that's mostly thanks to mood and a lack of proper hydration throughout the day. My diet is going all right, though there are little slips here and there. Still, slow progress is better than none.

Next session: Friday. A farewell dinner for a coworker is to happen right after work, so I'm thinking eating light and drinking plenty of water is the way to go. I can always have a second dinner after the workout when I come back. Thankfully, the restaurant is PF Chang's, which favors lighter, carby foods perfectly suited for noshing on before exercise. :)

Updates about something other than exercise to come this weekend, I hope.
