Wednesday Exercise

Time: 32:01
Distance: 2.81 miles
Speed: 6.0 mph
Calories: 284
Today I thought I would try the exact same thing I did on Sunday; since I have a poor memory and didn't think to check LJ before I did it, I went for the best thing that I could. It was harder today, maybe because the exercise room was hopping today and I hade to wait 20 minutes after stretching for an open treadmill. I don't know why I burned 30 fewer Calories than I did on Sunday by the way. My only explanation is I switched treadmills.
It's occured to me that I'm not drinking enough water. There's not a whole lot I can do about that, though. Before, I could drink to my heart's content, knowing that I could go to the bathroom whenever I wanted. Now that I'm at the receptionist's desk, though, my breaks are regimented, and often if the urge comes I have to wait to be relieved before I can, erm, relieve myself.
Part of the problem is I have an excessively small bladder, or a hyperactive one. Usually around 30 - 60 minutes after I drink a bottle of water, I'm stricken with a very full and pressing problem, and I've had several close calls since coming to work for Adobe. This has lead to a drastic reduction in keeping well hydrated, because the last thing my budding professional career needs is wet trousers of my own design.
