So, just in case anyone decides to go to Chili's and order the margarita-grilled chicken? When they give you that big ice cream scoop of innocuous-looking tomatoes and onions and various herbs and you think it's just really neat goulash and you smear it all over your chicken, don't be surprised if it turns out to be salsa straight from the devil's anus that will seriously fuck your face and eat your tongue for breakfast. My eyes are *still* watering. Maybe I'm just that weak when it comes to spicy food, but god-damn. I couldn't taste the rest of my dinner.
We're about to get hit with out first major major thunderstorm this year, in about 20 minutes or so. Odis and I saw an *awesome* bolt of lightning as we were on the top of a hill going back to our apartments. There's immense wall of yellow and red death coming from Tulsa according to NOAA's radar. I'll be unplugging my computer here in a bit, turning off the lights and opening the window a little bit. Thunderstorms make for great sleepytimes, if you can get past the, you know, thunder and stuff.
Heard Marvin Gaye's "Ain't Got Time For Nothing Else" at Chili's and it made me think of Tube. I want to rent a white suit, or maybe a jean jacket and denim pants with a boombox, and stand outside of his house and serenade him at night. :)

joshuwain's good idea and make a seperate journal for writing every day. Whatever comes to mind, haikus, play snippets, short stories, whatever...I'd like to say that I'd actually write in it every day, but I know myself better than that; I'll start off with at least three entries a week, with the aim to write as often as possible. If anyone wants to join me on my experiment, the LJ name is writerrabbit. I'll try to drop something in there tomorrow.
