Seated Leg Press: 60 lbs.
Leg Curl: 40 lbs.
One-Legged Extensions: 40 lbs.
Calf Raises: 75
I thought I was taking it easy on my legs today, since I haven't done this set of weight exercises in a while and I'm going to be running tomorrow *and* walking all over San Francisco(!), but looking back on the last time I did this it's not that different. 20 lbs. off the leg curl, and that's it.
Going for the weekend warrior trifecta tomorrow! Running, chest and triceps. That should bring me up to speed and into my normal routine.
After that, I'll be heading to SF with
andreal, which I'm very much looking forward to!
There's a lot more besides that, but it'll have to wait for later. As usual.
