I didn't run on Sunday because the leg exercises are totally kicking my ass right now. I could only go for 20 minutes on Tuesday because my right hamstring(?) is pretty sore and tight. Hopefully I can go for the full 30 on Thursday, and another 20 on Sunday. We'll see how it goes.
I also wrote for 30 minutes yesterday! Hooray! :)
