Today I worked on legs. We did the Leg Extension, the Seated Leg Press, the Lying Leg Curl and the Calf Raise, only without any weights. It burned pretty good, but then I went for a full run. I'm pretty pleased about that!

As an added bonus I got to see the second half of the Chargers-Titans game. Woo hoo San Diego!

I'm turning into such a guy. :P
