Gained almost two pounds this week, and I'm not really sure how. It could be muscle, it could be fat, who knows? My stomach looks smaller, and I feel better generally, so it's not such a big deal. Still, I should be eating better, so much more attention will be paid towards that this week.
I quit early today, in case you hadn't noticed, because I was dehydrated, and boy I could feel it. My calves were tight and burning, and I felt like a furnace. This will be addressed, as well.
This week's goal is to run three times a week. I haven't been managing it the past couple of weeks, for a variety of reasons. Well, those reasons are no longer good enough. Sunday, Wednesday, Friday.
