I made 30 minutes!! :D I eased up on the six miles per hour rule for a bit, only hitting top speed after ten minutes in, then dialing it back down after 25 minutes. I decided to keep going right up to the thirty minutes, then hitting the cool down after that. Hopefully I can start aiming for just three miles per session, regardless of time.
Next session: Wednesday. I should give my legs time to recover, and honestly that'll be the next available day I can go running without messing stuff up.
