( I'm still waiting for the Lost character quiz. )
I was a bit crappy to some folks last night, though they might not have noticed it. (I have a habit of being vindictive and snarky in very small, subtle ways.) Sorry about that. No, really. I was tired and up way past my bedtime, you know how it is.
Today I feel...bright. There's no other word to describe it accurately. I feel plugged in, connected, a part of this confusing, throbbing mass of life. It's a brilliant feeling.
This might be due to the fact that
duncanroo sent me an awesome present for my birthday: the book "Thunder Bunny" by Rodney Alan Greenbalt. It's, well, about a giant cloud bunny that falls to earth and travels to get back home. I had no idea this book even existed, but, you know...giant friendly bunnies! Does it get any better?
A websearch on Thunder Bunny called up this guy, who apparently was an actual superhero with a brief, 12-issue run. And now I'm going to have to find him. :) The art for the series is probably nowhere near that good, but, well, there's hope.
And now, hunger dictates I search for food.
