If I Should Buy Jelly Beans...
Sep. 6th, 2003 02:46 pmHey there, all...
Since LJ went on and changed their whole look and what not, I figured I might as well have too. Not anything major...I don't have the madd web-design skillz of Preyfar, say (nice page, btw!), but it's a bit neater than what I've been dealing with. Unlike many people, I kind of like the new layout...it'll take some getting used to, but hey, most changes are like that. <:) I'm trying to be better about talking to people, with moderate success. heh, but nothing ever changes overnight. Small steps, Ellie, small steps. On Sept. 26th, I'll be celebrating the 2 year anniversary of this humble little LiveJournal. It's amazing that I've had one this long...usually I don't keep up with anything this regularly. This journal has become an ultimate outlet for me. I've been able to get down thoughts, frustrations, worries and ideas that I had never been able to articulate otherwise. Hopefully, I haven't used it for political/showboating reasons *too* much, though I admit I have slipped on occassion. :) I try to use this space as an actual *journal* as much as possible, and after two years I think I'm finally getting the confidence (and sense) to be more...intimate about things than I have before. And I missed my 500th entry by like, 5. Foo. Anyway, I'm so digging my pocketwatch. :D
