Five Haiku
Jul. 12th, 2004 07:52 pmToday I decided to write some haiku, just because I could. Bad stuff ahead.
#1 (Morning Meditation)
The hum of the fan,
the droning of electric,
the ticking of clocks.
#2 (Covenant)
The disturbed hero
tears the trust of his ally,
spits it down river.
#3 (12 July)
Heat rises early;
before the sun reaches peak,
we're panting hard.
#4 (At the Union)
Grumpy old vendor
plugging the machine with pop
disturbed by complaints.
#5 (Evening Tea)
Scent of steam and leaves,
rushing water, slapping cups;
this moment is good.
