According to Sandra Boynton (Chocolate: The Consuming Passion), people can be divided up into three categories:
A person who loves only the finest bits of ecstasy chocolate has to offer, and excludes everything else. (A gourmet)
A person who loves chocolate in all of its forms, regardless of make, origin or quality. (A gourmand)
And a person who loves the many varied delights and sensations that milk chocolate has to offer. (A gourmoo!!)
