Seated Row: 60 lbs.
Cable Pulldown: 60 lbs.
Straight Arm Pushdown: 30 lbs.
Preacher Curl: 20 lbs.
Preacher curls always kill me!
The treadmills were full, will go running tomorrow and Friday.
