Don't Go Down to the Station
Dec. 19th, 2007 09:46 pmTime: 27 minutes
Distance: 2.35 miles
Speed: 6.0 mph
Calories: 237
I wasn't in the best of shape to be running this evening; work has been super-stressful all this week and I got started after scarfing a burger from Wendy's. I wasn't too winded, and after some rest my left calf seems relaxed and ready to go. The problem was the general low energy and the weird, oogy flips my stomach kept doing.
Will run again on Friday, after lots of water and maybe a bit of rest.
There are a few things I would like to talk about, but there's just no time. :) I really should get to bed early tonight to make that final push towards the week's end. After that, twelve glorious days of R+R with friends. I shall catch up with friends, start learning French (again), and restart that writing habit that I've been too beat to continue.
Happy holidays. :)
Oh, and thanks to
russ_arulo for the nifty new icon!
