If you think 6.2 mph is an odd top speed, well, it is. The belt on the treadmill I use is so worn that it tends to go a little slower than you anticipate (if set for 6.0, it can only manage 5.8 for example) until it warms up. After that, it's golden. I try to aim for 6 mph for 20 minutes these days, but I end up doing 6 for 10 and then 6.2 for another ten or so. Ah well.
Also started up a weight training regiment with Ryan. Today I'm working on chest and triceps. Goddamn did that hurt. The chest exercise I lifted 40 pounds with no worries. The triceps I did 30 pounds and it burned. Tomorrow is back and biceps!
