Last night I was having a little trouble breathing normally because of some pressure in my chest. I assumed it was just allergies and went to bed. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to cats, and though I love Thesaurus (Odis' little black ball of fantastico), he really does a number on me on a bad day.
Woke up this morning and the pressure didn't go away, but boy did it get worse when I walked out into the living room. Odis told me that Thesaurus had been romping in my room while I was gone, so at this point I was convinced it was the cat, and that my allergies were getting worse with prolonged exposure. This is pretty bad, because I'd rather not be miserable every time I step out of my bedroom.
Took the bus to work, wheezed through the day, and the pressure in my chest hasn't gone away. I feel run ragged, kind of achy and my throat is all kinds of scratchy and sore. If I breathe deep, there's a bit of pain and a weird, fatigue-ache. I'm hoping it's a cold, but the hypochondriac in me tells me the bronchitis is back. Hurrah! Either way, I'm taking it seriously easy this weekend, so a lot of plans might have to die. Ah well, gives me good time to write, anyway.
The bikers are here en masse. Hasn't been bad so far, though. The bank closed early, though, so I'll have to deposit my paycheck instead of cashing it. This is slightly annoying.
