I've Prepared A Lecture

Today I was the only person at work besides my bosses. This, surprisingly, wasn't so bad. I got all of my books out and I even had a little time to goof off in front of the computer (i.e., right now). At the end of the day, however, I was a little tired and peevish. I'm trying to work my way out of it so that I'll be good and chipper for arlekin's game.

It's not work that's bothering, it's several little things: Oklacon (and, alas, how I'm going to *get* there -- I don't think anyone from NARFA is going to be there this year), moving into stickypawz's apartment by October 1st, all the work I'm doing, having enough money and time off for the trip in December...I'm getting a lot better as far as discipline goes, making sure stuff gets done. But I still have a long way to go, and there's *so* much to get done.

Thanks for answering the poetry poll, those who did. :) I'll start working on them when I'm moved in to Odis' (Oct. 1), and I hope to have one up every three days. I'll also have a revised poem up within that span. Both, of course, will be posted to writerrabbit.

I'll be working six days next week, and for many weeks over the rest of the year, to build hours for the trip to CA and IN. I also have a boatload of writing to do, for Historimorphs, and Oklacon, and the D+D game, and other things I would like to try. So! I'll probably be trucking around on-line a lot less...though I'm not exactly on all the time anyway. I guess the price of having a life is having to live it.

Anyway, I need to come up with some sort of game plan to get all this done. Also, is anyone nearby making Oklacon?
