In Moderation

Doubt is a very useful tool; it calls us to constantly question things, keep looking at things from different angles and to make sure beliefs we hold are justified. The questioning is very good, because it tempers our opinions so that they're either very solid or discarded as better explanations arise.

It's a useful tool as long as you keep it in moderation. There comes a time when you have to turn off that little questioning voice inside of your head and just trust yourself to know what you're doing. If that voice is used to being listen to, though, it's a lot harder than you might think.

What makes me think I can be a writer anyway? :P
