Like A Grain of Sand
Oct. 25th, 2004 09:29 amFriday, saw "To Kill A Mockingbird" with Virginia in it. Man, she was really good. :)
Saturday, played in Odis' "Dragonlance 6th Age" game. You know, last week he presented this really awesome twist and suckered me into enjoying the game thoroughly. I've kind of grown comfortable with the fact that I'm an 'angry' gamer; in combat situations where I'm losing, I'm more likely to gripe and throw shit and scream about how ridiculously unfair this is...until I figure it out. ;) Next character, I think, will be a mage of some sort. I'm starting to get pretty cracker-jack about figuring out riddles. Thanks Odis. ;)
Sunday, the net seemed to be down all day, with a few pockets of connectivity. So I spent most of it with Crystal. Saw "Joan of Arcadia" for the first time, and now I have *two* shows to tape throughout the week. That's really quality television, I love it. Gives me such a warm fuzzy feeling...caught myself tearing up pretty consistently, so I'm officially addicted. I think I'm going to cap myself at three TV shows a week: WWE Raw on Mondays, "Lost" on Wednesdays and "Joan of Arcadia" on Fridays. Quite a nice spread, I think. :)
I'm FAR behind on all of my writing for everything. I'll be spending this week 'cramming,' so I might not be readily available this week.
I couldn't get
toob out of my head all weekend. :P
