"A Diamond?"
Jan. 5th, 2004 12:24 amSo every time I get up, my head feels like it's being stuffed with way too much stuff and will fly off into a million pieces every time I take a step. Calling in to work? You bet.
In addition to my horrendous traumatizing head-cold, I watched the Ravens lose to the Titans in a fairly close games. Actually, one fellow on our team was supremely stupid and cost the Birds 15 yards, allowing Tennessee to make a game-winning field goal. If I could slap him without fear of losing my teeth, I would.
On the juice front (Iridium!) I have cranberry grape juice, but no orange as of yet. Still have vitamins, though.
Saw "Miracle Mile" with Delphi this evening, thanks very much to Berios. It was very 80s, but very good. I was pretty tense throughout, especially by the time the sun came up and everyone got wind of what was going down. The last 30 minutes had quite a few disturbing images, too. And the ending made me shiver. There's something about finding happiness in fusing with your beloved at the end of the world.
Sleep for me.
