Hey there, all...
Went to go give plasma again today. Arrived at 8, as per the appointment, got to be stuck promptly at 8:20, didn't even feel more than a prick as the needle went in...sat there for about an hour, they bandaged me up and went home.
The entire process took only 90 minutes. Plasma perfection.
The pooka kithbook for sale on eBay has gotten up to $76.00 with about 4 hours left on the auction. That was a *lot* more than I expected, and I'm pretty happy with that....especially since I have another one just waiting to be sold as soon as this auction's done. :)
I'm still pretty stressed at the money situation, but things are looking up finally. If I manage to keep pinching pennies and maintaining a bit of restraint (and my luck doesn't change for the worse any time soon), I should be able to get to AC and be fairly comfortable.
And when I come back, I'll be taking a few very special people out to dinner for all their help.
