Didn't go running since last Sunday, but I did a lot better this time. I think it was just being more determined to go the full distance, being better prepared, and well...taking a week's rest definitely helped.

I'm going to try to start doing other exercises to supplement the running; nothing too involved, because who has the time for that? Just stretches, crunches and other things to get the blood flowing and other muscle groups in shape. I've been trying to pay attention to posture and bearing more than I have been, partly because of a butler that I've been inspired by recently. It's a really odd source of inspiration, but you should take them where you can get them, no?
